How do we work?

2. Understand our terms and conditions and register your requirements.

3. We will send you shortlisted options within just a few days.

4. We arrange a group meeting at your convenient time.

5. Once you agree, shadowing services start as per the choice of service taken.

Choice of service available:

• Shadow teacher’s placement: Works on a placement model-

1. 1. Initial registration fee of INR 1,000 is to be paid to start our search.
   2. Once the placement is closed, the first 15 days of salary is to be paid in advance to us and the remaining salary for the remaining months can be paid directly to the teachers at the end of every month.
   3. No Mark up by us on salary in this model. 
   4. No regular support or training provided by us.
   5. Police/KYC verification is the responsibility of the parent.

• Full-Fledged seamless support: Shadow teachers on our payroll and support-

1. 1. Provide well trained shadows who are mentored by our team of specialists to provide support.
   2. Regular training, check-ins and guidance are the responsibility of So-Hum Smiles.
   3. IEP and regular updates are provided by us
   4. The payroll is managed by us with the markup of 20% on the CTC of the teacher hired.
   5. Police/KYC verification is our responsibility.

• to regularly update the parents, classroom teacher, and the rest of the team on the student’s progress.
• To assist in attending special physical and emotional needs of the children.
